Insight: Jew or Gentile… We are all God’s Children

For the LORD is righteous, He loveth righteousness; the upright shall behold His face.
Psalm 11 Verse 7

He doth execute justice for the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment. Love ye therefore the stranger; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.
 Deuteronomy 10 verses 18 and 19

Depiction of Ruth gleaning wheat in the fields of Israel

Thru the righteousness of Ruth, God blessed Israel with one of God’s most beloved servants: King David – The Greatest King of Israel – A descendant of Ruth, The Moabitess

About being Jewish or not,  the most important to me is to strive to  love* God at all times…

Although I carry with me my imperfections of deed being a human… Who truly is without any faults? What I have come to realize is : We are all God’s children  Jew and  Gentile alike. I very much believe God is a Father to all those that turn to Him in honesty, sincerity, compassion* and humility of soul and heart* . As it is written in Psalm 51 verse 19 ‘The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, O God, Thou wilt not despise.’

What is beholden of anyone is to recoginize that God is Real and True and to strive to serve Him with a wholeheart*. Although it is hard at times and we all have faltered short of perfection, we must keep reminding ourselves of how The Patricarchs, The Heroes of the Tanakh (The Jewish Holy Scripture) walked with* God and how despite their adversities – their real human nature – they always returned* back to God .  That is such a lovely comfort and testament of a loving, kind and forgiving* God that full of patience and longsuffering* for His children .

Let us all just remember to ask God to be Our Father, Our King and thru the humility of our hearts*,  recognize Our Creator and to just be grateful* to God by serving Him with everything He has kindly  given, entrusted onto us.

If one is a Jew , The Eternal Covenant made at Sinai is something that must be experienced and fulfilled . The Torah is the Eternal  Covenant God made with the descendants of Avraham, Issac and Israel . When Israel fulfills their obligation to God in the world by adhering and living by The Commandments , it will not only bring life to Israel but redemption to all who acknowledge and stand with God .

My son, forget not my teaching; but let thy heart keep my commandments; For length of days, and years of life, and peace, will they add to thee. Let not kindness and truth forsake thee; {N} bind them about thy neck, write them upon the table of thy heart; So shalt thou find grace and good favour in the sight of God and man. Trust in the LORD with all thy heart, and lean not upon thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct thy paths.

Proverbs Chapter 3 verses 1 thru 6

If one is a righteous among the nations, let us acknowledge God thru His beloved Israel by being a true friend to God’s people one act of true help, encouragement and love for Israel in gratitude to God at a time.

Sukkot Time in Israel - Wailing wall Jerusalem Israel

Hallelujah. Praise the LORD, O my soul. I will praise the LORD while I live; I will sing praises unto my God while I have my being. Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his dust; in that very day his thoughts perish. Happy is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God, Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is; who keepeth truth for ever; Who executeth justice for the oppressed; who giveth bread to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners; The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind; the LORD raiseth up them that are bowed down; the LORD loveth the righteous; The LORD preserveth the strangers; He upholdeth the fatherless and the widow; but the way of the wicked He maketh crooked. The LORD will reign for ever, thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Hallelujah.

Psalm 146

God loves all that turn to Him in Truth , Jew and gentile alike. We are all His children if we choose to be so… let us never forget that… Never.

With Shalom,
